Learning at the Crossroads is an educational ministry of the Central Crossroads Conference of the Upstate New York Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

Our mission is to 'equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ' through leadership development and other educational programs.

Offerings include monthly or bi-monthly workshops, a deacon training program for approved candidates, and other occasional opportunities.

All offerings will be listed on this site. Resource material, as well, will be posted periodically.
